We carry several different types of sparkling wines such as Champagne, Cava, Prosecco, and Spumanti. They are each produced uniquely in their own regions and styles.

 

Champagne is made in the Champagne Region which is the Northern region of France and produced in a very similar style to Cava which is produced in the Northeastern region of Spain. Prosecco is produced in Northeastern Italy and is processed at a much faster rate then Cava or Champagne and can be found at a lower price point because of this. Spumanti is also know as Asti Spumanti is made in the Peidmont region of Italy. Sparkling wine can come from just about anywhere using any method and is a generic term for wines that are not from these specific regions.
